The world's most powerful falls.
Murchison Falls National Park is famously known for having the most powerful waterfall in the world, where the world's longest River Nile (6,650 Km) squeezes through a 7-meter gap and then drops down 45 meters. The pressure is so great that the ground trembles around it.

It takes approximately 4-6 hours (305 km) to drive to Murchison Falls National Park headquarters at Paraa (85km from Masindi). This is Uganda's Largest National Park.
The dramatic Murchison Falls is the centerpiece of the park and the final event in an 80km stretch of rapids.

This stretch of river provides one of Uganda’s most remarkable wildlife spectacles. Regular visitors to the riverbanks include elephants, giraffes and buffaloes; while hippos, Nile crocodiles and aquatic birds are permanent residents.
This is the most exciting destination and must visit.
